Julie Smoak, Environmental Manager; Toyota Tsusho America Inc.
Julie Smoak is the Environmental Manager for Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. (TAI) headquartered in Georgetown, KY. She began her career as an environmental generalist with the Division of Environmental and Emergency Management in Lexington, KY. Prior to coming to TAI she was an Environmental Scientist with the KY Division of Water where she served as Technical Advisor for EPA Section 319(h) grant projects, worked in Stormwater and Wastewater Planning, then later supervised the Drinking Water Capacity Development Section. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology, and completed Master's research in Behavioral Ecotoxicology.
