Kelly Sobczak, Global Director, Sustainability and EHS Compliance; Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.

Ms. Sobczak is the Global Director for Sustainability and EHS Compliance Solutions at Jacobs Engineering. In this role, she leads almost 400 staff worldwide in delivering sustainability and EHS compliance solutions such as environmental site assessments, auditing, compliance, air quality and acoustics analysis, integrated waste solutions, and more recently climate change, sustainability and resiliency strategies and geospatial/environmental data management solutions. She joined CH2M HILL in 1990 and has spent almost 30 years progressing through project management, technology, sales, and leadership roles with them, including being acquired by Jacobs and has been based out of Denver, Colorado; Anchorage, Alaska; and most recently Tampa, Florida. She received her undergraduate and master's degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, she enjoys scuba diving, photography, and fly fishing.
