Mike Wells, Director, Environmental Health & Safety; Ardagh Group
Mike is the Director, Environment, Health & Safety, for Ardagh Metal Beverage, one of the largest beverage can manufacturers globally and part of the Ardagh Group. He has been with the metal beverage group for over five years and leads not only the EHS practice, but also sustainability and business continuity. Prior to joining the metal beverage group, Mike spent 20+ years working in a variety of industries in an EHS capacity, including many years in the printing and publishing industry, distribution, and manufacturing. Mike received a B.A. degree in Operations Management from Western Illinois University.
