Charles is an accomplished environmental compliance, health, safety, and remediation professional with 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, project and program management, business development, operations, and risk and liability management. His project experience spans the environmental, engineering, manufacturing, construction, renewable energy, retail and wholesale, telecommunications, utility, and safety industries.

Charles is motivated by a desire to promote innovation and a passion for process improvement and efficiency. He builds strong working relationships through continuous collaboration with stakeholders by listening to their needs and requests, analyzing metrics, and developing a strategic plan that leads to measurable solutions.

Charles holds bachelor's degrees in Biology and Chemistry from Rutgers University, and a master's degree in Geoscience from Montclair State University.
